Everyone I know loves my gluten free brownie recipe and my non-gluten free friends and family are constantly asking me to bake them a batch – take that as a clear indicator that being gluten free does not make a brownie subpar. In fact, good gluten free brownies are really elite and no one will ever guess they are gluten free. I trust that recipe so much, that I made a giant stack of them instead of having a cake at our wedding!
